Marriage &
Relationship
Therapy
Marriage in our society is the ideal that people strive for.
Building a dynamic, loving, lasting relationship takes energy
and commitment.  The many stresses of  job, taking care of
children or possibly parents, and juggling the budget seems to
take so much of our time that it is difficult to nurture a loving
relationship.  Learning to listen to your spouse, to make time for
each other, and to resolve conflict in a healthy way will pay
dividends in your relationship both now and in the future.

Whether your relationship needs an overhaul or just some
minor adjustments, relationship counseling can assist you in
knowing which direction to take.  Addressing your needs and
desires in a nonjudgmental way is the focus of the counseling.
You will have opportunities for learning and practicing
communication and relationship skills both in the actual
session and as homework.
